PLP Conversations

Personalised Learning Pathways (PLP’s) are an active and continuous process. They are developed in consultation and collaboration with the student, their families/ carers and teachers, to identify, organise and apply personal approaches to learning and engagement for success. At Briar Road we value all key stakeholders in our PLP conversations and appreciate the opportunity to have the conversations with our parents/carers when setting a range of achievable and attainable goals that ensure students have successful educational experiences.
